Please be aware we are a small, family business. We endeavour to respond to enquiries as quickly as we can, however, sometimes there may be a delay, and it is not always possible (or safe) to answer the phone.

Jobs are scheduled back-to-back and we try to have one day a week in the office attending to admin. We currently have a lead time of around 2-3 weeks and do our best to accommodate urgent requests, but these can never be guaranteed.​ Hourly rates are dependent on the work required. More specialised or complex jobs, or work that may involve an element of risk (such as the removal of toxic or potentially poisonous plants, or working at height) will attract a higher hourly fee - all fees and terms & conditions are disclosed before commencing any work.
